What is FFA?

The National FFA Organization remains committed to the individual student, providing a path to achievement in premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. FFA continues to help the next generation rise up to meet those challenges by helping its members to develop their own unique talents and explore their interests in a broad range of agricultural career pathways. Today’s FFA provides such a diverse opportunity for students and while the heart of FFA is still building the Future Farmers of America, we are also building the Future Biologists, Future Chemists, Future Veterinarians, Future Engineers and Future Entrepreneurs of America, too. FFA changes lives and prepares students for premier leadership, personal growth and career success.

Cy-Woods FFA Booster Club

The Cy-Woods High School FFA chapter is a dynamic student-led leadership development organization for those students enrolled in an agricultural education course at Cy-Woods. The purpose of the Cy-Woods FFA Booster Club is to work as a partner with our Cy-Woods High School Ag Teachers and FFA Student Chapter. As a collaborative team we support and promote our local CFISD FFA organization and the specific FFA educational needs and activities of the Cy-Woods FFA student chapter. The Cy-Woods FFA Booster Club works to provide a productive and supportive connection between our Ag teachers, students, parents and other supporters. The success of our program depends on volunteers and the support of our community. Joining the Cy-Woods FFA Booster Club makes a direct and positive impact for our Cy-Woods FFA students.
