Food Truck Vendors will be our sole source of food both days of our event. Unfortunately we have had issues in the past with No-Show Vendors which puts great strain on our event, so we do charge all food vendors a small registration fee as a commitment gesture which is non-refundable. In addition to this registration fee we require our food vendors to contribute to the Cy-Woods FFA Booster Club by either committing to a fixed payment amount or a percentage of their sales. You will identify your commitment to one of these options in the registration form when you add this to your cart. You will be contacted by our Event Chair to confirm your give back option and make payment arrangements.
